Win a Milo Stroller Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions - ONGOING

The "WIN a Milly + Coup Competition" is sponsored by Milly + Coup and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Milly + Coup, are final in all respects. Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian, New Zealand and Canadian residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Entry is open from 9am EDT 1st January 2023 and closes at 11:59pm EDT on 31 December 2023. Only entries received in the calendar month immediately prior to the draw date will be eligible for the monthly prize draw.

How to enter
There are a number of ways to enter the competition.

Individuals may only enter once.

1. Comment "WIN" on or click the "Learn More" button on any "WIN a Milo" or “WIN a Milly + Coup” post on official Milly + Coup social media accounts (Facebook or Instagram) and complete any accompanying form fields.
2. Sign Up to our email newsletter list by entering your email address and name into the pop-up form on the Milly + Coup website.

Winner selection
On the 1st day of each month, a winner will be randomly selected from all entrants from the previous 30 days, beginning 1st January 2023.  

The winner will be announced on this website page, on the equivalent page on our international sites, on each of our Instagram accounts within 1 week of the monthly draw.

The winner will be notified via email or Facebook Messenger within 1 week of the monthly draw.

The prize
The prize will be a Milly + Coup stroller only, of the winner’s choice. Only prams and strollers currently available for sale in the winner’s Country of Residence are available to be chosen as a prize.

The prize is not exchangeable for other products or cash unless agreed to by Milly + Coup.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS MILLY + COUP, META AND ITS PLATFORMS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. MILLY + COUP DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. MILLY + COUP, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
