All Milly + Coup strollers come with a 3-year defects warranty to cover against faults in materials and workmanship when your stroller is used under normal conditions, according to our user manuals and technical specifications.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location. We do everything possible to subsidize shipping rates to make getting a new stroller delivered to your door as affordable as possible. 

Monday to Friday, our wonderful Toronto-based warehouse team will prepare your order, ready for dispatch.

Orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your purchase.

You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been picked up by the courier.

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking details to update.

Canada Post, Canpar or Purolator will deliver your order from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. See below for an estimate. 

Central Canada (Ontario and Quebec): 1- 3 days

Eastern Canada (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland): 3 – 9 days

Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC): 3 – 9 days

Northern Canada (Yukon, NorthWest Territories, Nunavut): 6 – 11 days
